The boiler burner oil pump is composed of two gears, pump body and front and back cover, to form two closed Spaces. When the gear rotates, the space volume of gear off side becomes larger from small to large, forms a vacuum, will inhale the liquid; and the space volume of the gear meshing side decreases from large to small, the liquid is squeezed into the pipeline. The suction cavity and discharge cavity are separated by the meshing lines of two gears. This working mode makes the pressure of the discharge of the boiler burner oil pump completely dependent on the resistance of the pump source.
The work of the oil pump also involves the basic working principle, including:
1、When the driving mechanism is started, fan shaft begins to rotate, produces centrifugal force, makes the liquid is pushed to the exit direction.
2、When the liquid enters the oil pump through the inlet, inlet valve opens and liquid begins to flow into the oil pump.
3、Under the rotating action of the blade axis, liquid is pushed to the outlet. outlet valve opens at the same time to allow liquid to flow out of the pump.
The oil pump of the boiler burner is mainly involved in the fuel supply stage, this stage is a key part of the boiler burner operation. In the fuel supply stage fuel oil is delivered to the burner through the supply system. The supply system usually includes components such as a fuel pump and a gas regulator. The function of the fuel pump is to draw out the fuel stored in the fuel tank, and send it through the pipeline to the combustion chamber of the boiler. This process can be achieved with an electric or manually controlled fuel pump. The performance and efficiency of the fuel pump is essential to ensure the stable operation of the burner and the efficient use of fuel.
In the working principle of oil-fired boiler, fuel pump is responsible for pulling fuel from the tank, after the necessary pressure adjustment, through the burner nozzle spray, to form flammable fuel atomization gas. This process requires precise control of fuel flow and pressure to ensure efficient and safe combustion. The working state of the fuel pump directly affects the performance of the burner, including the stability of the flame, combustion efficiency and the emission quality of the waste gas.
In addition, the control system of boiler burners usually monitors and regulates such parameters as fuel supply, ignition, flame size, and temperature. The control system includes an electric spark or flame generator, , and a fuel pump for regulating the flow of fuel. By these control measures, can ensure the stable operation of the boiler, meet the set heating requirements, at the same time ensure the safety and efficiency of the working process.
