1. Light Liquid Chamber (PN:337111001)
Top cavity of centripetal pump assembly, collects clean lubricating oil separated by disc stacks. Sealed integrated structure prevents oil leakage under 8650rpm high-speed rotation. Anti-corrosion alloy avoids deformation after long-term operation. Aging or damaged chamber will cause oil backflow, insufficient outlet pressure and purification failure.
2. Centripetal Impeller (PN:337179001)
Vortex-type light liquid impeller rotates synchronously with bowl to generate delivery pressure for clean lube oil. Strict dynamic balance treatment eliminates vibration & abnormal noise at full speed. Wear-resistant surface resists abrasion from oil sludge and metal particles, maintains stable oil discharge pressure long-term.
3. Dirty Oil Inlet Pipe
Main feeding pipeline for raw lubricating oil, built-in flow control orifice to stabilize oil intake flow. Precision flange interface, perfect sealing to avoid external oil leakage. Anti-rust alloy withstands long-term corrosion of dirty lube oil, solves pipeline crack, blockage and oil seepage issues.
