Product Introduction
WSS series bimetal thermometer is a kind of field detection instrument for measuring medium and low temperature. Bimetallic thermometers can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam and gas medium in the range of -80 ° C to +500 ° C in various production processes.


Principle Structure
Bimetal thermometer is wound into a threaded shape of the hot bimetal sheet as a temperature sensing device, and it is installed in the protective sleeve tube, one end is fixed, called the fixed end, the other end is connected to a thin shaft, called the free end. The free end spool is provided with a pointer. When the temperature changes, the free end of the temperature sensing device will rotate accordingly, driving the pointer on the thin axis to produce an Angle change, indicating the corresponding temperature on the scale.

According to the connection direction of the bimetal thermometer dial and the protective tube, the bimetal thermometer can be divided into four types: axial type, radial type, 135° type and universal type.
① Axial bimetal thermometer: the dial is connected to the protective tube vertically.
(2) Radial bimetal thermometer: the dial is connected with the protective tube in parallel.
(3) 135° directional bimetal thermometer: the dial is connected to the protection tube at 135°.

How It Works
Bimetallic thermometers with shock-resistant electric contacts are based on a bimetallic sheet wound to make a circular bend. When one end is heated and expanded, the pointer is driven to rotate, and the working instrument displays the temperature value, and the bimetal thermometer is filled with silicone oil or the display part of the bimetal thermometer is separated from the measuring part to achieve the effect of shock resistance.
The shock-resistant bimetal thermometer is divided into two kinds: the integrated shock-resistant bimetal thermometer and the separated shock-resistant bimetal thermometer.
